Refund policy

1. Please see, that since we are a made-to-order brand, i.e., we make it after you place an order with us. Once you have placed it, we put it into production and we do not offer cancellation after that. Thus, we only exchange products, We do not offer any refunds in the form of a cash refund, or refund in the bank account. We only issue gift cards against returns. This gift card is valid for 3 months, from the date of issue.
2. In case you have a gift card from us, you will have to place a new order. At the time of checkout, you will have to apply the code you have got in your mail as a gift card. The amount will be redeemed on the total cart value.
