Return and Exchange

At Wabi-Sabi, we do not accept returns and do not offer refund but we do accept exchange requests. We only ask that you do not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. Moreover, you would also have to bear the shipping charges, to successfully process an exchange request. However, in some special cases such as, if your product has a manufacturing defect, if your order gets damaged during the delivery, if we deliver wrong products, or if the size of the product is incorrect, we attempt to exchange your product with courtesy without any additional shipping charges. If you want to exchange a product or if you encounter any such defect, you are required to put a mail at care@wabisabistyles.com within the 2 days of delivery. Your request will be reverted within 48 business hours by our dedicated customer connect team. Out reply time is 72 hours maximum. The team of Wabi-Sabi strives to offer a smooth customer experience.
